Welcome to the Pulse Tech Event System. By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Event Registration

By registering for events through this system, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by event organizers
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Registration Information

When you register, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. This information is used solely for:

  • Event registration and attendance tracking
  • Sending confirmation emails and event updates
  • Generating certificates of completion
  • Event day check-in procedures

3. Certificates of Completion

Certificates are issued only to attendees who:

  • Successfully register for an event
  • Check in at the event
  • Complete the full program

Each certificate includes a unique verification ID that can be validated through our online verification system.

4. Event Cancellation and Postponement

Notice: In the event of cancellation or postponement due to weather or other circumstances, registrants will be notified via email.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pulse Tech and event organizers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Technical issues with the registration system

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the registration system constitutes acceptance of any changes.
